Jennifer’s
work over the past 25 years has been focused around Talent Management.
This has been done in the context of executive assessment and development,
coaching, succession planning, leadership development, executive
recruitment and career transition support. Jennifer works as an
independent Senior Associate with Renaud Foster.
Previously Jennifer worked for a number of professional service
organizations and industrial psychologists including Oliver Wyman,
Peat Marwick, Pulvermacher Stevens and Shack, Watson Wyatt and André
Filion and Associates as well as having previously managed her own
consulting practice for over 15 years as well as a family business
in Executive Search. Jennifer has experience in a variety of industries
in Fortune 100 companies as well as a broad range of government
departments, crown corporations and not for profit agencies.
Throughout her career Jennifer has completed over 600 assessments
of senior executives in the private and public sectors for purposes
of development, leadership coaching, placement, succession planning,
team building and recruitment. She has also provided extensive behavioural
and career transition coaching.

for designing developmental requirements to support future leadership
practices aligned with evolving strategic objectives
- Mt Sinai Hospital – Developing psychometric leadership
profiles for over 80 executives to support leadership development
- Federal Government of Ontario – Conducted over 200 assessments
of senior executives (EX1-EX4) in a broad range of departments
for purposes of career placement, transition and leadership development.
- Public Service Commission, Personnel Psychology Centre - conducted
simulated assessments for a selection of over 50 executives (

- Dell – Provided career outplacement services to over
50 Dell mid and senior level executives
- CIBC World Markets – Assisted with the reviewed of key
talents, interpersonal skills, critical values and success factors
for senior position as part of a transition process
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto,
a B.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from Dalhousie and a M.Ed. in Counselling
from the University of Ottawa. She is certified with a broad variety
of psychometric tools including the EQ-I, MBTI, the FIRO –B,
LEA and NEO-Pi personality instruments that help examine work behaviours,
personality and interpersonal preferences. She has completed mediation
training with the Canadian International Institute of Applied Negotiation.
Jennifer is also certified in Strategic Leadership DevelopmentTM
an integrated process to develop leaders and align leadership practices
with business strategy. She has most recently completed the Family
Business Meeting Facilitation program with the Canadian Association
of Family Enterprise.
