POSITION DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Senior Consultant / Associate Partner
REPORTS TO: Senior Vice President
COMPANY: Renaud Foster
LOCATION: 100 Sparks Street, suite 550 Ottawa, Ontario
SCOPE: Responsible to contribute to the management of the overall consulting practice, the initiation and oversight of business development activities and the delivery of Search Assignments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
    EXECUTIVE SEARCH:
    • Contribute to and assist in all aspects of the executive search process, from proposal writing to final interviews.
    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
    • In collaboration with the CEO, actively seek out and develop new and appropriate business opportunities for the firm
    ADMINISTRATION:
    • Maintain administrative order and contribute to the administrative well-being of the firm
CANDIDATE PROFILE
    EXPERIENCE:
    • Significant senior leadership experience in a professional consulting environment is preferred
    • Direct experience in or sound appreciation of management consulting
    • Solid experience in project management
    • A record of success in new business development
    • Former search experience would be a definite asset
    EDUCATION & LANGUAGE:
    • University education is preferred
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills (preferably in both English and French)
    • A CMC designation would be an asset
    • Additional languages an asset
